Frequently  Asked Questions

Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver all the rentals! Free delivery includes most Southern IN and Louisville KY areas. Venues further away may be subject to a travel fee, depending on your location. However, since we are a small company based out of Southern IN, not all delivery options are available for those who live further outside our local area.

How far out in advanced can I book?

We accept bookings 2 years out in advance. We have to ensure we can focus on the current clients we have already booked with us and don't get over booked! 

Do you ever run sales?

In addition to being an affordable event décor company, we also run sales! We typically run sales a couple times throughout the year. So make sure you're following us on social media and look out for those sweet deals! 

Can you create custom neon signs?

No, we don't create custom neon signs or any signage, but we do rent out neon signs and you can view them all here: Neon Signs. I can also recommend some great companies I've ordered ours from, if you want to go the custom route!

Do you deliver on holidays?

Yes, we can take rental request and deliver on most holidays. However, we do charge a minimum to rent from us for a holiday or holiday eve. Holiday's we do not work on are Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Thanksgiving. 

How big are your backdrop walls?

Our Greenery Walls and Flower Walls are 8 feet tall by 8 feet wide and our Pampas Wall is 7ft tall by 6ft wide. We can also combined our rentals together to create a longer wall if needed!

What do you require to book a rental?

We require both a 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed rental contract. Both must be returned before their expiration date or your rental is not secured. For example, if you only pay your deposit and not sign the contract, then your booking is invalid and your date + requested rental(s) remain available for other potential clients to book.

Can I pick up a rental to save on travel fee?

Unfortunately, no. To ensure our rentals are transferred and set up properly, so no damages occur to the rentals or our rentee's, we always deliver.

Can I rent a custom arrangement for my own arch?

The floral arrangements are specifically designed and created to fit our walls and arches. They are only available to rent when you're renting any JWR items. This feature is awesome for those who don't want to haggle with spending a ton of money on a beautiful arrangement that you'll either throw away or end up having to deal with reselling it yourself. Renting one of our arrangements is easy, affordable, stress free, and you can get exactly what you want with our Custom Arrangement option!

Do you tip your wedding vendors?

Most wedding vendors might not expect a tip, but you can always provide one if they went above and beyond for you! Your typical tip amount would be between 15–20% of their fee, but you can always do more or less. Even a small tip can be such an awesome way to say thank you to your hard working vendors!
